Since the rapid rate of technology advancement is creating digital inequity, Lincoln School Oy is creating a digital inclusion action plan to help Educators stay relevant. Our aim is to empower Educators as they adapt to digital classrooms.
Our Digital LEAP has set out 3 strategic priorities
Use online training to elevate the digital proficiency level of Educators to a minimum level which includes working
knowledge of tools that elevate classroom productivity. These tools include:
Leverage the rich ecosystem of EdTech apps developed by Finnish and EU entrepreneurs, and further train the
Educators on how to incorporate these apps to attain an elevated level of productivity. We will be requesting the
members of the following organizations to participate and provide access to their apps:
Talent mobility and immigration are becoming a high priority for forward thinking nations. Since Finland is looking to
welcome talent who can become an asset to the nation, we will be able to use our Digital LEAP program to help
people in Zambia learn conversational Finnish so that they have an opportunity to relocate to Finland if they find a
job.
