Dieselwin Selfie Verification: Photo Requirements

Completing the selfie verification process is a crucial step for new players at Dieselwin casino to confirm their identity and unlock full account privileges, including withdrawals. This guide provides a detailed, step-by-step walkthrough of the photo requirements and procedure to ensure your verification is approved on the first attempt, avoiding common delays.

Why Dieselwin Requires Selfie Verification

Like all licensed online casinos, Dieselwin must comply with strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. The selfie verification process is a security measure designed to protect both you and the operator from fraud. It confirms that the person registering the account is the legitimate owner of the submitted identity documents. Successfully completing this step is mandatory before you can withdraw any winnings from a Dieselwin bonus or other promotions.

Step-by-Step Guide to the Selfie Verification Process

Follow these exact steps to submit your selfie correctly. The entire process is typically handled through your account dashboard after you have made your first deposit attempt or requested a withdrawal.

1. Log in to your Dieselwin account and navigate to the ‘Account Verification’ or ‘Profile’ section.
2. Locate and select the option for ‘Selfie Verification’ or ‘Identity Confirmation’.
3. You will be prompted to use your device’s camera or to upload an existing image.
4. Hold your physical government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) next to your face. Ensure both your entire face and the ID are clearly visible within the frame.
5. Capture the photo and review it for clarity before submitting.

Once submitted, the verification team usually processes the request within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification via email or in your account inbox once it is approved.

Detailed Photo Requirements and Specifications

To avoid rejection, your selfie must meet specific technical and compositional standards. The most common reason for failure is a poor-quality image. Adhere to these requirements strictly.

Requirement	Specification
Image Format	JPG, JPEG, or PNG only
Image Size	Minimum 500 KB, Maximum 10 MB
Resolution & Quality	High resolution, no blurriness or pixelation
Lighting	Even, front-facing light with no shadows on the face or ID
Composition	Your full face and the entire ID document must be visible and legible
No Alterations	No filters, edits, or obscuring any part of the image

Common Problems and Troubleshooting Solutions

If your selfie verification is rejected, don’t panic. It is usually due to a simple, fixable issue. Here are the most frequent problems and how to resolve them:

• Blurry Image: Ensure your camera lens is clean and you hold the device steady. Use the highest quality camera setting available.
• Glare on ID: Adjust your lighting to eliminate any glare or reflection obscuring the details on your ID card.
• Information Illegible: The photo must clearly show your name, date of birth, and the ID’s expiration date. Zoom in to check before submitting.
• Mismatched Information: Double-check that the name on your Dieselwin account matches the name on your ID document exactly.

If rejected, you will typically receive an email stating the reason. Simply retake the photo addressing the specific issue and resubmit it through the same portal.

What Happens After You Are Verified?

Once your selfie and identity are successfully verified, your account will be fully activated. This means all restrictions on your account will be lifted. You will be able to process withdrawals without any delays, claim any pending Dieselwin no deposit offers or Dieselwin free spins that require verification, and participate in all future promotions.
